Grace Fiona McPheters was born at 2:30 a.m. Aug. 13, 2017, at OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony’s Health Center, the daughter of Kelly McPheters and Rachel McPheters, both of Wood River. She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 19 inches long. Grandparents are Brian McPheters, Michal McPheters, Stephan Anderson, and Deborah Stewart, all of Champaign, Ill.
