Kobie Davon Howard was born at 8:06 a.m. Aug. 11, 2017, at OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony’s Health Center, the son of Ryan D. Howard Sr. and Laura S. Howard, both of Alton. He weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 19 inches long. Grandparents are Yvonne Adams of Alton and the late K.P. Adams; and Darren Howard Sr. and Marcia Howard, both of Alton. Big brothers are Dereaun Clay, age 18, and Ryan Howard Jr., age 8.
