He was born at 10:59 a.m. May 31, 2017, in OSF Saint Anthony’s Health Center in Alton, the son of Nicholas James Duncan and Kelsey Marie Garrett of South Roxana. He weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and was 19 1/2 inches long. Grandparents are the late Dennis James Postelle of Alton, the late Angela Lee Duncan of East Alton, Larry Wayne Garrett Jr. of East Alton, and Kimberly Sue Exton of Godfrey. A big brother, Aiden, is age 7.
