She was born at 1:45 p.m. Dec. 27, 2016, the daughter of Chris Handler and Kim Handler of East Alton. She weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. Grandparents are Mike Handler and Susan Handler of Wood River, Bill Irvin of Godfrey, and Gayle Radison of Cape Coral, Fla. Big sister, Hailey, is age 9. Big brother, Caleb, is age 10.
